So me and my dad were planning on going hunting this weekend and i wanted to know, if my dad bought a switch blade, does he have to fill out paperwork before buying it? Does my dad have to fill out paperwork if we buy the switchblade at Big 5? The 10 dollar kind.

(Masters of Defense), Boker and depending on your state laws the buying, possessing, carrying and use of switchblade knives are regulated. Some states have less stringent laws than others. They are NOT Illegal. Do a search on google for your state and it’s laws concerning switchblades to find your answer or talk to local law enforcement. While not lawyers they usually have some idea as to what it legal, but ask a couple of guys.
