S&W 442 or Ruger Lcp as back-up gun?
I recently got a Glock 23 that I’m gonna use as my carry weapon but I want a back-up gun as well. I want something I can maybe carry in an ankle hostler with my Glock or a pocket holster by itself for when it’s hot out.
Which one would you choose and why?
If you’re going to carry in an ankle holster get the revolver as these are less susceptible to lint, dust, dirt etc. Carry weapon? Then you are in uniform? How about a ballistic vest? The LCP will ride well there. I used to carry a Walther PPKs and then a Beretta Tomcat in my vest before the LCP came along.
