Is it healthy to just drink green tea first thing in the morning then workout 20 mins later for an hr 15 mins.?
I live on campus and i plan to work out every other day at 6am in the morning. It would be really hard for me to make breakfast before i go work out at this time. so my question is would i be fine if i just drank tea instead and eat breakfast after.
Try it Steffie, and see how your body reacts. My husband runs 8-10 miles a day every day. On the weekend, he runs before eating. On weekdays, he meets his father for a light breakfast, then he has to wait to digest a while before running. Just make sure you do eat enough. Four or five small meals is best for most people.
