what is the name for the white trim on the bottom of walls?
what is the name for the white trim on the bottom of walls? I know the white trim on top is called Crown Molding, and the middle trim is called a chair rail. I have no idea what the trim along the bottom is though. I just bought a foreclosure and that trim is all rotted and damaged so I want to learn how to replace it, which is hard to do without knowing what it’s even called. thanks.
It is called baseboard molding and corner round I have added a link to the how to on installing it If you have a lot to do it would be best to invest in an electric or phneumatic nailer
