Do you collect the $6.00 pocket knives in stores or use them for self defense?
I got one from my grandfather a couple of years ago and only take it out for self defense. You know hear a sound in the room or when I go out walking.

The knife isn’t really that nice of a love object. He said he was restoring it for years but I did a search on it and found it for like $3.99 new online.
Neither one. I carry a $20 Swiss Army knife all the time because it has screwdrivers, including Phillips, (I took apart a computer for recycling on the store floor because they demanded the harddrive be removed), sharp blades for cutting string and rope (which I keep in the car for tying things down) and carving wood (I extended a lock plate mortise that was cut too short just the other day), and an awl for making starting holes for screws and lacing and belt holes for leather.
