the device they put in your mouth to keep it open for braces?..?
you know how the orthodontists put a device in your mouth to keep it open so they can put the braces on? well does it hurt? because im getting braces soon. and somebody told me that its really long and goes far back into your mouth and you like gag. i have really high gag reflexes so if something goes even remotely far to the back of my mouth i throw up. and one of my biggest fears are throwing up. and cant they put something that doesnt go behind your teeth? just something that can open your lips but not too far??!
