How are the newly advertised zip lock steaming bags safe when there are all of the warnings against micro?

These bags are made with special plastic that is designed to be used in mircowaves and with food.
For example, trash bags are made with a different type of plastic and hence are not recommended for food storage. It is very important to read the labels and follow the manufacturers instructions. these MAJOR corporations take consumer safety VERY seriously and spend A LOT of $ in Research &Development to make sure of food safety. I used the new Glad Simply Cooking bags and they are amazing. They stand up and make great vegetables every time. I went to their website and found some great recipes as well. remember these are huge publicly traded companies and they take consumer safety seriously.
