What grips did Andre Agassi use in the past? Were they moe traditional, or modern?
I want to know what type of grips he used. were they more traditional in the past, or the modern type?
Agassi was mildly modern but much more towards traditional then grips you see today. The traditional grips make it easier to hit balls low and on the rise like how he played.
His forehand was a Mild Semi-Western (index on 4th bevel and heel pad on the 3rd bevel).
His two-handed backhand had his right hand at a Continental grip (1 bevel) and his Left Hand was between an Eastern Forehand and Semi-Western (3 1/2 bevel for a lefty)
