How to sharpen knives?
I am looking into an opinel 6 knife. I would like to get a Sharpening Stone or two (or three) to sharpen it and other tools around the house. I’ve heard about Arkansas stones- can I just get a general purpose one or do I have to get three grades, if they do come in three grades. Another option would be to get a Lansky sharpening set, but those are more expenisve than a single Arkansas stone. Any particular items I should get and opinions would be extremely helpful. Get a ceramic rod. I use one all the time to give my knives a razor edge.
